Not worth the $200+

I ordered these, the Maui Jim stingray, and 2 high end Oakleys looking for a good polarizing sunlglasses. Didn't care much for the Oakleys (they felt cheap...subpar optics)-returned. The Diablo's have a decent fit for the average man (I'm 6ft, 200lb) without the insert that is provided. When the insert is on, they feel a bit awkward- they sit too far out on your face. The optics are average at best. They are quite bad when compared to the Maui Jim stingray. They are about the same as the Oakley's. If you are used to plastic lenses, then these might not bother you all that much. Because of the design, I kept noticing a shadow in my field of view. Also, there is too much distortion for my taste. Again, I'm comparing these to the Maui stingray's which had far better polarizing effect and almost no distortion (Maui Jim uses a glass lens).If these were below $100, I'd probably move my rating to a 4 star. There is just NO way these cost anywhere close to $200 to produce. Sometimes marketing departments think they can charge exorbitant amounts to trick the consumer to buy their products. Higher costs mean higher quality right? :-). To be honest, that is one of the reasons why I ordered these...I 'assumed' they would be of an extremely high quality. Don't be fooled.... I returned the Diablo's
