Product Description

ROADMASTER RUNNING & CYCLING SUNGLASSES

Rapid Eyewear Roadmaster have been designed for running and cycling. They feature interchangeable lenses to suit different light and weather conditions.

The Frames

Made from a strong yet light polycarbonate, the Roadmaster frame features rubber nose pads and side arm extensions for comfortable fitting. The wrap-around style keeps unwanted light and wind from the peripheries of your vision.

The Lenses

made from polycarbonate, all lenses supplied (including the clear one) feature 100% UVA / UVB protection, and an anti-scratch coating. The lenses are decentred, a calibration process that ensures you do not suffer distortion through the curved lens shape. The lenses supplied are as follows:
* Clear, untinted
* Category 0, light-enhancing for dull conditions, or night use
* Category 2 beige polarized, for fairly bright or changeable conditions
* Category 3 grey smoked polarized mirror, for sunny conditions

Polarised lenses remove glare by filtering out sunlight that bounces off horizontal surfaces. Both the Category 2 & Category 3 lenses improve depth perception and the definition of objects / terrain by filtering out blue light.

The Package

All Roadmaster sunglasses are supplied with the following as standard:
* Lint-free cleaning cloth
* Hard carry case, with internal pouches for spare lens storage. Can be fixed to a belt.
* Head retaining strap (lanyard)

Conformity

Roadmaster conform to EN1836 and US Z80.3 regulations for sunglasses.

Warranty & Spares

A one-year warranty is provided from date of purchase. We offer a spares service - parts may be purchased on the Rapid Eyewear website
