As expected, excellent

My eye doctor recommended to get these sun-glasses after my lasic surgery for their superior lens quality. And superior they are. When I have these sun-glasses on, I do not notice when the sun goes down because the lens does not make it dark. At direct sun-light, the lens adjusts, so whether it is too bright or too dark, you never really notice the difference, it is always crisp and clear.The glasses arrived fast with all their original packaging, case and cloth.

SIMPLY THE BEST!

I've owned Maui Jim sunglasses for years, but this Sport variety is the lightest weight sunglasses I've ever owned. I just finished a hiking trip in Iceland and I barely noticed they were on my face - except, of course, that I wasn't squinting (my eyes are fairly sensitive to the light), I could see colors perfectly, and I had 100% UV protection. No pain on my nose or ears from heavy sunglasses worn for hours on end. No slipping down my nose when I was sweating. Check out any consumer's review: there are no better sunglasses on the market than Maui Jim's. Obviously they're more expensive than many brands, but Maui Jim's are better for your eyes (less risk of long-term eye damage from UV rays), more comfortable, and just excellent quality with one of the best warranties in the business. Well worth the price. I would never buy another brand.

Excellent, general purpose sports glasses

Just bought my second pair of these - lost the first pair - and so if you buy the same glasses twice you know you like them. Mine are with black frames and grey lenses, and I've used them about 4 years. They are relatively large, and therefore do what sunglasses are supposed to do: keep sun, wind, and bugs out of your eyes. I've used them biking, hiking, showshoeing, climbing 14'ers, and they are perfect all-around glasses for active sports that won't look geeky when wearing them besides a pool. The grey lenses are color neutral, and just the right tint that is dark enough for bright conditions, but won't cause you to panic if you go through a tunnel when cycling. They are very light - you will scarcely feel them - and are better than most glasses about keeping sweat out of your eyes, assuming you push them down your nose just a tad.I will say that they probably aren't the perfect glasses for someone with a small face. Other than that, they are great glasses for active use, and look nice too.
