The GOOD the BAD and the UGLY

The Good: These give you plenty of coverage around your eyes but do sit on your cheek bones and will leave lines after being worn for a period of time. The protection of the UV is excellent and does not hinder your view in the sense of color or light. These also have a nice weight to them so it makes them easy to wear on your face and they do not drag down after use or with movement.The BAD: The main draw back on these are that the hinges are held together with only plastic and have no stainless steal pins so they break very easily at the arms and main eye wear frame body. I feel for the guy who has said they break even in his backpack while in the soft cloth case they give you with them. Any pressure down on the hinge and frame will case them to weaken and break at this presser point. A BIG DEAL for anyone who is active or brings their glasses with them.The UGLY: I find myself taking two pairs of glasses now to use these. One cheap pair so I can leave these in the car and use the cheap pair to carry around while active at the beach or sporting around. Yes they are only $100.00 bucks but my $12.00 pair has held up better and has the same UV protection.The Bottom Line: I like the style and frame but would not buy these again due to the main weakness of the hinge and frame connection.
