I live at the beach and spend many hours under the sun light, when I bought this sun glasses I was expecting something ligth that cover and protect completely my sight... the glass of this sun glasses is ok but don't cover the sight as, for example, the sun glasses Reef La Bestia, and the frame is heavy making the glasses slide down and after a few hours you'll get a mark on your nose... I've had Smith sun glasses before and was specting more from this brand!

5Big enough!

I have a rather large head (7 5/8", 61 metric, XL hat sizes) and have a hard time trying to find glasses that fit. These fit, and fit perfectly. And I didn't have to give compromise on technology. The polarchromic lenses are great for varying light conditions, particularly sundown in the mountains when you can be looking into the sun one minute, and in shadow the next. Coverage is also excellent, with no gap along the sides. They would make good safety glasses, and in fact I liked these so much I also bought the tactical version with clear impact-resistant lenses and plain black frame for use at the shooting range.

5Great fit, great lenses

I have owned the Smith Chamber sunglasses for about 2 years. I only purchase polarized lenses and prefer glass lenses due to their scratch resistance. I love these sunglasses. They have a larger temple measurement which fits my large noggin and avoids the head pinch which can cause headaches and discomfort. After 2 years of continual use the lenses are in great shape but the frames are starting to wear thin. The nose and temple pads are showing signs of wear. I would buy these glasses again. Great product.

Absolutely agree with the previous reviewer. The clarity is amazing (better than Maui Jim), and more lightweight than Maui Jim. I have a small face and was thrilled the bottom of the frame did not "rest" on my cheeks. Also I hate light "leakage" on the sides, even tho this does not have a wide arm, I had no light seeping in from the side. Love these sunglasses. A little pricey, but quality is excellent.

Best pair of polarized glasses I've ever owned. These are incredibly light and use GLASS lenses. They're lenses are not recommended for outdoor sports or motorcycles but for driving a car they are truly impressive. Worth every penny!

I've had a number of sunglasses in my life - from cheap to expensive, and this is undoubtedly the BEST I've had.perfect. solid. sturdy. no scratches and they are 2 years old.I've dropped them, sat on them, etc. Not loose, no scratched. look brand new.the writing on the inside with the model name, despite being worn 2 years, is still intact. that shows the quality of the material!

4Finally, a decent pair of cheap sunglasses

I'm always looking for a pair of sunglasses that fit my head, and protect my eyes for when I play golf. And I go through a bunch of them because of defects, bad fit, and losing them/breaking them, so they can't be highly expensive.Tifosis were always a little out of my price range, so it surprised me to see them on Amazon at a price I would pay, and I tried a pair. When I finally got them, they fit perfectly, did great against the sun (although I'd suggest a little taller lens for the Tempt), and were solid in every way. I'll go back to these guys, and maybe even spend a little more if there's value.But if I can, I won't buy on Amazon until they fix their shipping. Waiting > 2 weeks to receive my sunglasses nearly ruined the entire experience.

2Great, but I got the defective pair

These sunglasses are awesome! They look great feel great and I'll buy another pair before I buy Oakley's. I only have two complaints:1. The parts that go over the ears are off set and drove me nuts unlit I could fix it (yay OCD...)2. I got the pair that just broke from wearing them. I didn't drop them nothing...just randomly broke.The reason I'm rating so low is because I'm a college student and I can't afford to buy $60 every two months for mountain biking...

3Reasonably price, bad personal experience.

I have been looking for a pair of glasses that can be adjusted with removable lenses, and when I researched these I fell in love with these. I ordered these great priced glasses, but I was disappointed. Upon opening the package, I noticed that one of the arms was bent downward, and I could not bend it back, plus I did not want to permanently damage the frame thus leaving me with an unusable pair of glasses. On top of that, there was a spot where the frame was missing a spot of paint. It looks like it was dropped because it looks forced.Overall, the lenses are exactly what I was looking for; however, my first experience has left me disillusioned. Go ahead and try these glasses because I doubt all the lenses are like this; however, be aware that something may happen to the frame during transit.3/4 stars
